CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the
cornerstone of our service. HiTech provides an account manager to each
client and we are constantly looking to enforce our relationships via the
service provided. We actively encourage constant communication to all
clients and are looking to implement an IT based CRM application to
enhance our service. This should provide another touch point for our
service so that we are constantly in touch with customer service levels,
product quantities and all contract concerns.
